Overview
Pediatric Infectious Diseases offers comprehensive inpatient
and outpatient evaluation, treatment, and management of infectious
diseases in children and adolescents. Each member of the section
is available either as a consultant on the case or as the attending
physician for the patient. State of the art diagnostic facilities
in clinical microbiology, mycology, and virology are available
through the Children's Hospital of Oklahoma clinical laboratories.
Continuing consultative care is available through the Pediatric
Infectious Disease Clinic.
