Nephrology – CMRI Endowed Chair

The Department of Pediatrics at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is seeking a Board certified pediatric nephrologist at the Associate Professor or Professor level. The successful candidate will be provided significant support to develop a basic science nephrology research program. Research will be the main focus of this position, but the candidate will be expected to assume some clinical and teaching responsibilities.

The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center includes seven colleges and seventeen other institutions and serves as our state’s principal medical education and research facility. The Department of Pediatrics is composed of 16 sections and more than 100 faculty members and is based at Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center, which is the only comprehensive tertiary and quaternary health care facility in the state dedicated to the care of children. The faculty shares a common commitment to serving and protecting the well being of the state’s children as well as providing a quality education to trainees.
